Democrats Abroad Cambodia

This set includes a few selected works from Obama's election and re-election from Democrats Abroad Cambodia. Democrats Abroad is the official Democratic Party arm for the millions of Americans living outside the United States. They provide Americans living abroad a Democratic voice in the United States government and try to help elect Democratic candidates by mobilizing the overseas vote. They help all Americans (Democrat, Republican, Independent, or other) living abroad register to vote and cast their vote in U.S. elections. They also provide a voice to help protect the right to vote for Americans abroad. The organization also works with US government officials and elected representatives to advocate for issues that concern Americans abroad. By organizing functions they build communities for like-minded Americans around the world.

Over the course of Obama's election and re-election campaign I noticed quite a few variations of the Obama logo being used. I felt we could really differentiate our goup in Cambodia by creating a Khmer stylized Obama logo. I already had a fascination with my adopted homes art and design, so this was a fun work of passion on several fronts.
I used the elements of the Democrats Abroad logo adapted it to be more Cambodia specific.
